摘要: |
椎间盘退变(IVDD)是脊柱相关疾患的病变基础,逐渐呈现出低龄化趋势,积极有效的防治是其研究的重点与热点。近年来随着研究的不断深入,发现细胞焦亡通过参与椎间盘炎症、软骨代谢的平衡以及细胞外基质的降解等途径影响IVDD的发生,抑制椎间盘细胞焦亡能有效防治IVDD的发生。中药作为我国特有的治病手段,在防治IVDD领域疗效确切、优势明显,能够通过抑制细胞焦亡,达到减轻炎症反应、维持骨代谢平衡以及抑制细胞外基质降解的治疗作用。因此,本文以期通过阐释细胞焦亡与IVDD发生发展的关系,并总结中药单体、中药提取物及中药复方干预细胞焦亡治疗IVDD的最新研究进展,为其发病机制及药物治疗提供新思路,为临床上运用中医药防治IVDD提供理论依据。 |

ABSTRACT: Intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD), as the basis of related spinal diseases, gradually shows a trend of younger age, so active and effective prevention and treatment will be the focus of its research. In recent years, with the continuous deepening of cell research, cell pyroptosis can affect the occurrence of IVDD by participating in intervertebral disc inflammation, the balance of cartilage metabolism and the degradation of extracellular matrix, and inhibiting intervertebral disc cell pyroptosis will effectively prevent the occurrence of IVDD. As a unique treatment method in China, Traditional Chinese Medicine has definite curative effect and obvious advantages in the field of IVDD. It can achieve the therapeutic effect of alleviating inflammatory response, maintaining bone metabolic balance and inhibiting the degradation of extracellular matrix by inhibiting pyroptosis.Therefore, this article aims to elucidate the relationship between cell pyroptosis and the occurrence and development of IVDD, and summarize the latest research progress on the intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine monomers, extracts, and compound formulas in the treatment of cell pyroptosis for IVDD, providing new ideas for the pathogenesis and drugs, and providing theoretical basis for the clinical application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the prevention and treatment of IVDD. |
