蒙药材蓝玉簪龙胆的化学成分研究

摘要:
目的 研究蒙药材蓝玉簪龙胆的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备型HPLC等色谱手段进行分离纯化,并通过波谱数据和理化常数鉴定化合物结构。结果 从蓝玉簪龙胆花中分离得到10个化合物,化合物分别鉴定为2,3-二羟基苯甲醇β-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1)、龙胆苦苷(2)、2’-(O, m-Dihydroxybenzoyl) sweroside(3)、异荭草素(4)、异荭草素-3’-甲基醚(5)、异牡荆苷(6)、异荭草素-4’-O-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、异肥皂草苷(8)、熊果酸(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)。结论 化合物1为新的苄醇糖苷类化合物,化合物10为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To research the chemical components of Mongolian medicinal material Gentiana veitchiorum. METHODS Separation and purification were conducted using silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, and preparative HPLC, and the compound structure was identified through spectral data and physicochemical constants. RESULTS Ten compounds were obtained from the separation of Gentiana veitchiorum. The compounds were respectively authenticated as 2,3-dihydroxybenzyl alcohol β-glucopyranoside(1), gentiopicroside(2), 2'-(O, m-Dihydroxybenzoyl) sweroside(3), isoorientin(4), isoorientin-3'-methyl ether(5), isovitexin(6), isoorientin-4’-O-glucopyranoside(7), isosoapin(8), ursolic acid(9), β-Sitosterol(10). CONCLUSION The compound 1 is authenticated as the new benzyl alcohol glycoside. The compound 10 is firstly separated from this medicinal plant.
