Box-Behnken响应面法优化邻甲氧基肉桂醛

摘要:
目的 采用响应面法优化邻甲氧基肉桂醛合成工艺。方法 在单因素实验基础上,以邻甲氧基肉桂醛产率为响应值,选取催化剂用量、碱液用量和反应时间为自变量,采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计实验方案并建立数学模型,对工艺条件进行优化分析。结果 影响响应值的因素主次顺序为苄基三乙基氯化铵、时间、KOH用量。通过回归方程得到邻甲氧基肉桂醛合成最佳条件为:反应时间2 h,催化剂苄基三乙基氯化铵用量4 mg,KOH用量为40 mg,在此条件下邻甲氧基肉桂醛产率为49.60%。结论 最佳条件下邻甲氧基肉桂醛实际产率为49.60%,模型预测产率为46.55%,绝对偏差为3.05%,说明回归模型是可靠、有效的,且具有显著性。

Optimization of synthesis process for 2-methoxycinnamaldehyde by Box-Behnken response surface methodology

Abstract:
The synthesis of 2-methoxycinnamaldehyde was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology. METHODS On the basis of single factor experiment and selected the amount of catalyst, KOH, and reaction time as independent variables, the Box Behnken center was used to design the experimental scheme. RESULTS The order of factors affecting the response value is catalyst, time, and KOH dosage. The optimal conditions for the synthesis of 2-methoxycinnamaldehyde were obtained as follows: reaction time 2 h, benzyltriethylammonium chloride 4 mg, KOH 40 mg. Under this condition, the yield of 2-methoxycinnamaldehyde was 49.60%. CONCLUSION Under the optimal conditions, the actual yield of 2-methoxycinnamaldehyde was 49.60%, the predicted yield of the model was 46.55%, and the relative error was 3.05% compared with the predicted of model, indicating that the regression model was reliable, effective, and significant.
