| 目的 调查浙江省药品安全事件应急管理现状与问题，提出对策建议。方法 采用问卷调查法和专家访谈法调研浙江省药品安全事件应急管理法规建设、队伍建设、应急处置、应急演练等方面工作现状。结果 浙江省药品安全事件应急管理存在法规体系不完善、应急队伍建设薄弱、应急演练质量低下、数字技术应用不足四大方面的问题。结论 建议完善药品安全事件应急管理法规体系、加强药品安全事件应急管理队伍建设、增强药品安全事件应急演练效果、强化药品安全事件应急管理数字赋能。 |

| ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation and problems of emergency management of drug safety incidents in Zhejiang Province, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. METHODS Questionnaire survey method and expert interview method were used to investigate the current situation of drug safety incident emergency management regulations construction, team construction, emergency response, emergency drill and other aspects in Zhejiang Province.RESULTS There are four major problems in the emergency management of drug safety incidents in Zhejiang Province: imperfect legal system, weak construction of emergency team, low quality of emergency drill and insufficient application of digital technology. CONCLUSION It is suggested to improve the legal system of drug safety incident emergency management, strengthen the construction of drug safety incident emergency management team, enhance the effect of drug safety incident emergency drill, and strengthen the digital empowerment of drug safety incident emergency management. |
