摘要: |
功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)是危害人类生活质量和生命健康难治性常见病,选择防治FC药物或措施仍是目前临床医师面对的核心问题。天然多糖具有来源广泛、毒副作用小、生物活性多样等优点,在防治FC的药物研发中备受关注。随着对天然多糖结构和药理活性的深入研究,基于文献研究归纳分析总结阐述天然多糖可通过调节神经递质水平、改善肠道菌群和水液代谢、调控Cajal间质细胞以及修复肠黏膜屏障等途径防治FC,未来研究应发挥多学科提取天然多糖专一成分进行靶向研究,以期开发出符合国际标准又具有中国特色的防治FC新疗法,为临床创新用药及后续的实验研究提供理论依据。 |

Functional constipation (FC) is a prevalent condition that threatens people's health and quality of life. The selection of medications or interventions to prevent and cure FC remains the primary challenge for doctors.Natural polysaccharides, with their broad spectrum of sources, low toxicity, and varied biological activities, have garnered great interest in drug development for the prevention and treatment of FC.Based on the extensive study of the structure and pharmacological activity of natural polysaccharides, it is concluded that natural polysaccharides can prevent FC by regulating neurotransmitter levels, modulating intestinal flora and water metabolism, managing interstitial cells of Cajal, and remoulding the intestinal mucosal barrier.In the future, multidisciplinary extraction of natural polysaccharide-specific components should be used for targeted research in order to develop new therapies for the prevention and treatment of FC that meet international standards while also having Chinese characteristics, as well as to provide a theoretical foundation for clinical innovative medication and subsequent experimental research. |
