神经系统药物研发需求迫切,然而由于血脑屏障的存在,药物难以进入大脑发挥预期的疗效,严重限制了药物研发和临床应用。鼻脑递送给药是鼻用制剂的新兴应用,通过从鼻腔内给药将药物递送至大脑。本文旨在介绍鼻脑递送给药至大脑的主要作用机制、临床优势和存在问题,并探讨鼻脑递送药物的临床研究现状及进展,为鼻用制剂治疗神经系统疾病的临床研发和应用提供参考。 |

Abstract: |
The development of drugs targeting the nervous system is urgently needed. However, the presence of the blood-brain barrier poses a significant challenge as it restricts the entry of drugs into the brain, limiting their therapeutic efficacy and impeding drug development and clinical applications. Nasal-to-brain drug delivery is an emerging application of nasal products, which aims to deliver drugs to the brain through intranasal administration. This paper aims to provide an overview of the main mechanisms, advantages, and challenges associated with nasal-to-brain delivery, as well as discuss the current status and advancements of clinical research on nasal-to-brain drug delivery, providing valuable insights for the clinical development and appplications of nasal products used in the treatment of neurological disorders. |
