| 摘要: |
| 铁皮石斛为我国传统名贵中药，其鲜品的应用历史悠久。笔者通过调研国内外相关文献与标准，对鲜铁皮石斛的应用、化学成分及药理作用进行系统分析，发现在临床上常用于慢性胃病、高热急症的治疗及恶性肿瘤的辅助治疗；化学成分包括多糖类、生物碱类、氨基酸类、黄酮类、花色苷及核苷酸等；具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、免疫调节等药理作用；目前存在鲜铁皮石斛产品形式单一、缺乏整体质量标准、药理药效及物质基础研究不够深入等问题，同时为鲜铁皮石斛的后续研究工作提出了建议。 |

| Dendrobium officinale is a valuable traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),fresh D. officinale have a long history of application.Through the investigation of both domestic and overseas literatures and related quality stangards,the application, chemical composition and biological activities of fresh D. officinale was systematic summarized in this papy.Fresh D. officinale is clinically used for the treatment of chronic stomach diseases, high fever emergencies and adjuvant treatment of malignant tumors. Fresh D. officinale mainly including polysaccharides, alkaloids, amino acids, flavonoids, anthocyanins and nucleotides.It has antioxidant, antitumor and immunoregulation pharmacological activity.However, there are some deficiencies in the current research, such as single form of fresh D. officinale products, lack of overall quality standards, and lack of in-depth research on its pharmacological efficacy and material basis.At the same time, suggestions were proposed for the follow-up research of fresh D. officinale. |
