| 摘要：目的 分析1992—2022年间国内外已发表的鸡血藤相关文献，为探究其研究热点及前沿发展趋势提供借鉴作用。方法 全面检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science（WoS）中有关鸡血藤的相关文献，运用CiteSpace 6.2.R3软件、文献计量学工具及Excel对中、英文发文量、发文期刊、研究作者、研究机构及关键词、发文国家等内容进行知识图谱展示，并依据提取信息的方法对鸡血藤研究现状及前沿发展趋势进行分析。结果 最终纳入中文文献520篇、英文文献38篇，绘制出鸡血藤年发文量折线图均呈线性增长趋势，近年来研究热度在不断上升；中文和英文文献发文量最多的期刊分别是《陕西中医》、《JOURNAL OF PHARMACEUTICAL AND BIOMEDICAL ANALYSIS》；中文和英文文献发表最多的作者分别是刘军民、Cai Zhichen；中文和英文文献发表最多的研究机构分别广州中医药大学中药学院、China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences；中、英文文献关键词分析显示鸡血藤研究主要集中在药材质量标准、方剂配伍、有效化学成分提取、临床用药规律、现代药理作用、代谢组学、药动学、信号通路、细胞凋亡和抗肿瘤等方面；发文国家主要有中国、韩国、越南、匈牙利、伊拉克、巴基斯坦、新加坡和美国。结论 鸡血藤的研究领域已涉及多学科、多层次，但研究机构及团队间的合作不够紧密。而对鸡血藤药理机制作用、抗氧化应激、信号通路、抗细胞凋亡机制和抗肿瘤可能是今后的研究热点及前沿方向。 |

| ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE This paper analyzes the literatures related to spatholobi published at home and abroad from 1992 to 2022 to provide reference for exploring its research hotspot and frontier development trend. METHODS Comprehensive retrieval of China network (CNKI) and Web of Science (WoS) related literature, using CiteSpace 6.2.R3 software, bibliometric tools and Excel of Chinese and English publications, journals, research authors, research institutions and keywords, post countries content knowledge map, and according to the method of extracting information of blood rattan research status and frontier development trend is analyzed.RESULTS Finally, 520 Chinese documents and 38 English documents were included, Draw the plot of the year shows a linear growth trend, Research has increased in recent years; The journals with the largest number of Chinese and English documents are Shaanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine and JOURNAL OF PHARMACEUTICAL AND BIOMEDICAL ANALYSIS; The most published Chinese and English authors are Liu Junmin and Cai Zhichen; The research institutions with the most published Chinese and English literature are School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences; Keyword analysis of Chinese and English literature shows that the research of chicken and blood rattan mainly focuses on the quality standard of medicinal materials, the compatibility of prescriptions, such as the extraction of effective chemical components, clinical medication rules, modern pharmacology, metabolomics, pharmacokinetics, signaling pathway, apoptosis and anti-tumor aspects; The main countries include China, South Korea, Vietnam, Hungary, Iraq, Pakistan, Singapore and the United States.CONCLUSION The research field of subspatholobi has involved the trend of multi-discipline and multi-level research, but the cooperation between research institutions and teams is not close enough. The pharmacological mechanism of subspathobi, anti-oxidative stress, signaling pathway, anti-apoptosis mechanism and anti-tumor may be the research hotspot and frontier direction in the future. |
