小茴香的性状和显微鉴定研究与数字化表征

摘要:
目的 对小茴香的性状和显微特征开展研究并进行数字化表征。方法 应用体视荧光显微镜和数码成像技术对小茴香双悬果及分果的外观性状(正面观、侧面观、基面观、顶面观,表面构造)及内在构造(横剖面、纵剖面)进行观察和表征。结果? 进一步对小茴香的性状及显微特征进行明确并数字化表达。结论 本研究为小茴香的真伪鉴别及表准修订提供了一定的科学依据,为双悬果类药材性状和显微鉴定特征数字化表征规范的建立提供了示例,为中药数字标本平台提供资料。

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To investigate the personalities and microscopic features of Foeniculi Fructus and conduct digital characterisation studies. METHODS Using a stereo fluorescence microscope and digital imaging technologies, the external characteristics of the Foeniculi Fructus (front view, side view, basic view, top view, surface structure) and internal structure (cross section, longitudinal section) were seen and characterized. RESULTS Increased elucidation and digitization of Foeniculi Fructus properties and microscopic details. CONCLUSION This study offers a solid scientific foundation for the revision of the standard and the authenticity identification of Foeniculi Fructus. It also serves as an illustration for the development of digital characterization specifications for the characteristics and microscopic identification of Double suspension fruit medicinal materials and offers information for the digital specimen platform of traditional Chinese medicine.
