摘要: |
花青素是一种广泛存在于水果和蔬菜中的类黄酮水溶性色素,已被证明有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌等多种生物活性,通过酰化、辅色作用、包封等方式可有效提高花青素的稳定性和生物活性,直接给药以治疗口腔疾病可有效避免胃肠消化导致的生物利用度的降低,具有良好的应用前景。本文综述了花青素的生物活性特点、生物活性提升策略及其在口腔疾病治疗方面的应用,为开发花青素类药物治疗口腔疾病提供思路与方法。 |

Abstract: |
Anthocyanidins, a type of water-soluble flavonoid pigment, are commonly present in fruits and vegetables. It has been demonstrated that anthocyanidins have various biological activities such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, etc. The stability and biological activity of anthocyanidins can be effectively improved by acylation, copigmentation, encapsulation, and other processes. Administering the drug directly for the treatment of oral diseases has a potential application that can successfully prevent drug bioavailability compromised by gastrointestinal digestion. This study reviews the bioactivity features of anthocyanidins, bioactivity enhancement strategies, and their applications in the treatment of oral diseases, which could provide ideas and guidelines for further developing anthocyanidin-based medications to treat oral diseases. |
