摘要: |
目的 研发能协助医师、药师、患者管理日常抗癫痫药物使用的APP。方法 运用Android Studio、Flutter、JAVA、Kotlin等软件工具研发癫痫药物治疗管理APP,利用既往已建立的丙戊酸、卡马西平、奥卡西平、拉莫三嗪等群体药动学模型开发漏服药补救、个体化给药等功能模块。APP开发方案包括需求分析、概要设计、详细设计、软件编码、软件测试以及软件维护和二次开发。结果 癫痫药物治疗管理APP分为医师端、患者端两部分。医师端具备患者咨询随访、知识库查询、漏服药补救方案制定、个体化给药等功能,患者端具备咨询医师/药师、癫痫日记记录、科普知识阅读、漏服药补救方案查询等功能。结论 研发的癫痫药物治疗管理APP能辅助医师、药师智能化、个性化地管理患者的抗癫痫药物,患者也能便利地通过APP咨询医师或药师,管理自己日常服药并提高依从性。 |

OBJECTIVE To develop an APP for assisting doctors, pharmacists and patients in managing daily antiepileptic drug treatment. METHODS Antiepileptic medication management APP was developed by Android Studio, Flutter, JAVA, Kotlin software, and the previously established population pharmacokinetic models of valproic acid, carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine and lamotrigine were used to develop functional modules such as missed medication remedy and individualized administration. The APP development scheme included requirements analysis, outline design, detailed design, software coding, software testing, software maintenance and secondary development. RESULTS The antiepileptic drug treatment management app was divided into two parts: the doctor side and the patient side. The doctor side had the functions of patient consultation, follow-up, knowledge base query, missed medication remedy plan formulation, personalized medication administration, etc. The patient side had the functions of consulting doctors, consulting pharmacists, epilepsy diary recording, popular science knowledge reading, missing medication remedy scheme query, etc. CONCLUSION The developed antiepileptic drug treatment and management APP can assist doctors and pharmacists to personalized manage patients’ antiepileptic drugs intelligently. Patients can also conveniently consult doctors and pharmacists, manage their daily medication and improve compliance through the APP. |
