| 目的 分析国家药品化妆品抽查检验信息公开工作要点，为中国药品监督管理提供参考。方法 采用文献研究法和数据分析法，通过查阅相关文献和检索药品化妆品抽查检验相关公开信息，汇总2019—2021年抽查检验信息公开数据，研究中国药品化妆品抽查检验信息公开体系管理策略。结果 中国药品化妆品抽查检验已经建立以不合格产品信息公开为重点，产品质量风险信息交流为主体的主动信息公开体系，对促进监管成果转化应用、提升政府公信力发挥重要作用。结论 中国药品化妆品抽查检验应当进一步完善信息公开法规制度体系、建立规范有序的信息公开资源整合系统、引入信用修复管理构建以信用为基础的新型监管机制。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To analyze the key points of information disclosure management of national drug and cosmetic sampling and testing, and to provide reference for the drug administration of China. METHODS Literature research and data analysis were conducted. By consulting relevant literature and searching the public information of drugs and cosmetics sampling and testing, and the disclosure data of the sampling and testing information from 2019-2021 was summarized, the management strategy of sampling and testing information disclosure system of Chinese drugs and cosmetics was studied. RESULTS China’s drug and cosmetics sampling and testing had established an active information disclosure system focusing on the disclosure of unqualified products and the exchange of product quality and risk information as the main body, which played an important role in promoting the transformation and application of regulatory achievements and enhancing the credibility of the government. CONCLUSION For the national drug and cosmetic sampling and testing, regulation system on disclosure of information should be further enhanced, a standardized and orderly information disclosure resource integration system should be established, and the new credit-based supervision mechanism with credit repair system tools must be constructed. |
