| 儿童合理用药是全社会广泛关注的热点问题。当前中国儿童适宜用药品种少，基础研究薄弱、临床试验缺乏，不合理用药问题突出。为进一步促进儿科药物研究，保障儿童合理用药，本期推出了“儿科药物研究”专栏，分别从“儿科药物临床研究”“儿科合理用药管理”“儿科用药前沿技术”三大主题深入探讨，以期更好地解决目前儿科用药的难题，支持临床试验的开展，为儿童患者提供更多的创新药物和适宜制剂，实现个体化给药和精准治疗，提升合理用药水平，守护广大儿童健康。 |

| Safety and rationality of children's medication have become a hot spot that is widely concerned by the whole society. Nowadays, few kinds of drugs suitable for children, the weakness in basic research, the lack of pediatric clinical trials, and the irrational use of drug in children, all of these problem are prominent in China. In order to further promote pediatric drug research, and ensure the rationality of children's medication, in this special column of "pediatric drug research", we offered several papers in three themes of "pediatric drug clinical research" "pediatric rational medication management" and "pediatric drug frontier technology". The column supposes to solve the problem of the pediatric medicine, and support the development of the clinical trials. We expect to provide more innovative drugs and appropriate preparations for pediatric patients, realize individualized drug delivery and precise treatment, improve rational medication, and guard the child health. |
