| 目的 报道了一例马栗种子提取物导致流涎的病例，为临床合理使用马栗种子提取物提供参考。 方法 通过分析病例及评估诺氏不良反应量表，分析了患者发生流涎的原因。结果 从量表分析发现患者发生流涎与马栗种子提取物的可能性为很可能，停药后患者生命体征恢复正常。结论 在使用马栗种子提取物时，应加强患者流涎的监测。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To report a case of horse chestnut seed extract causing salivation, and to provide reference for the clinical rational use of horse chestnut seed extract. Methods By analyzing the cases and evaluating the Knott Adverse Reaction Scale, the reasons for the patients"" salivation were analyzed. Results From the analysis of the scale, it was found that the possibility of the patient""s salivation and horse chestnut seed extract was very likely, and the patient""s vital signs returned to normal after the drug was stopped. Conclusion When using horse chestnut seed extract, the monitoring of patients"" salivation should be strengthened |
