格列本脲检测方法的研究进展

摘要:
目的 总结和探讨格列本脲分析方法的研究发展方向。方法 通过查阅相关文献和归纳总结,对检测格列本脲的多种分析方法进行阐述,比较不同方法的优缺点,并介绍格列本脲降解产物的分析现状。结果 目前格列本脲检测技术有了很大提高,测定方法更加丰富。结论 高灵敏度、高选择性、联用技术是格列本脲分析方法的发展方向。关键词:格列本脲;检测方法;研究进展

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To summary and discuss the development direction of research on analytical methods of glibenclamide. METHODS By consulting the relevant literature and summarizing, a variety of analytical methods for the detection of glibenclamide were described, the advantages and disadvantages of the methods were compared, and the analysis status of glibenclamide degradation products was introduced. RESULTS The detection technology of glibenclamide has been greatly improved in current, and the determination methods were more abundant. CONCLUSION High sensitivity, high selectivity and combination technique are the development direction of analytical methods.
