一氧化氮及其递送系统在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展

摘要:
一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)作为一种重要的内源性信号分子,参与调节生物体内的多种生理和病理活动。近年来研究发现NO在肿瘤治疗中亦能发挥重要作用,高浓度NO不仅可以通过诱导细胞凋亡抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,还对多种肿瘤治疗具有增敏作用。本文着重介绍了几类重要的NO供体以及以纳米载体为介导的NO气体治疗在肿瘤联合治疗中的研究进展。

Abstract:
Nitric oxide(NO), as an important endogenous signal molecule, participates in the regulation of various physiological and pathological activities in organisms. Recently, it has been found that NO also plays an important role in tumor treatment. A series of researches suggest that NO with high concentration can not only inhibit tumor cell proliferation by inducing apoptosis, but also has a sensitizing effect on various tumor therapies. This paper summarizes several important NO donors, and then reviews the research development of NO via nano-carriers in tumor combined therapy.
