| 急性肺损伤(acute lung injury，ALI)由于发病机制复杂，死亡率高，已成为医学领域内的一大难题。研究表明，传统中医药可以起到抗ALI作用，但其在体内的作用机制仍需进一步明确。本文对截至目前研究所得的ALI致病机制、传统中医药对ALI的治疗经验以及中西医的对比进行综述，为治疗ALI提供理论基础和临床思路，同时期望推进全新中药成分的提取研究，开发出疗效更好的方案，从而推动传统中医药事业的发展，为中医药现代化提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Acute lung injury(ALI) has become a major problem in the medical field due to its complex pathogenesis and high mortality. According to previous studies, traditional Chinese medicine can anti ALI, but the complicated mechanism still needs to be further clarified. Therefore, the pathogenesis of ALI, the treatment experience of traditional Chinese medicine and the comparison of Chinese and western medicine in treating ALI were reviewed, providing theoretical basis and clinical idea for the treatment of ALI. At the same time, it is expected to promote new studies on the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine composition, develop more effective scheme and promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine. |
