摘要: |
白色念珠菌是临床念珠菌感染最常见的分离株,可引起浅表性感染甚至危及生命的深部感染。近年来,针对白色念珠菌感染药物治疗的相关研究不断开展,新的作用靶点被深入研究,一些新型抗真菌化合物被发现。本研究对白色念珠菌的致病和耐药机制等研究进行简要综述,旨在为临床白色念珠菌感染的治疗提供新的研究策略。 |

Abstract: |
Candida albicans is the most common isolated strains in clinical Candida infection, which can cause superficial infection and even life-threatening deep infection. In recent years, studies on the drug treatment of Candida albicans infection have been kept doing, new functional targets have been deeply studied, and some new antifungal compounds have been found. This study briefly reviewed the pathogenic and drug-resistance mechanism of Candida albicans, aimed at providing a new research strategy for the treatment of clinical Candida albicans infection. |
