Photoshop软件在清风藤类药材鉴定中的应用研究

摘要:
目的 应用Photoshop CS3软件处理清风藤属药用植物及其混伪品茎横切面的图像信息,结合统计学分析的方法鉴别该类药材,以此探究应用此方法鉴定茎木类药材的可行性及其鉴定学意义。方法 观察分析6种清风藤属药用植物及其混伪品茎横切面特征,应用数码摄影,Photoshop CS3软件和SPSS 22.0软件对茎横切面特征进行拍摄、测量和统计分析。结果 所观察的6种植物茎横切面中髓/木部比值、髓射线数目等数值存在一定差异。结论 采用Photoshop软件处理图像与统计学相结合的方法,可作为清风藤属植物分类及其药材性状鉴别新的参考依据。

Photoshop Software Application in the Identification Research on the Medicinal Materials from Sabia

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the feasibility and significance of this method to identify stem and wood medicinal materials by using Photoshop CS3 software to deal with the image information of the medicinal plants of Sabia and their adulterants, and combining the method of statistical analysis to identify the medicinal materials. METHODS The observation and analysis of transverse section characteristics of stem from 6 Sabia medicinal plants and its adulterants were conducted. In addition, shooting, measurement and statistical analysis of the characteristics of the stem transverse section were also implemented based on the application of digital photography, Photoshop CS3 software and SPSS 22.0 software. RESULTS There were some differences in the ratio of the pith/wood and the number of medullary rays in the stem transverse section of the 6 studied plants. CONCLUSION The methodology combining Photoshop software image processing and statistical analysis can be used as a new reference for phytotaxonomy and properties identification of Sabia medicinal materials.
