| 目的 介绍中药谱效关系研究自提出以来近几年的研究进展情况，为中药的药效物质基础研究提供思路和借鉴。方法 对中药谱效学建立的基础——指纹图谱的研究、单味中药和中药复方的谱效关系研究思路进行综述，并总结目前常见的谱效关系研究的实验方法。结果与结论 中药谱效关系研究是继中药指纹图谱之后提出的更深入一层的科学研究方向，是将中药指纹图谱中的化学成分与药效结果结合起来，制定反映产品内在质量的控制标准而进行的研究，对确立中药药效物质基础的研究具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To introduce the progress in the study of profile-effect since it has been posed and to provide ideas and references for studying the therapeutic basis of traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS The study of fingerprint, technical roadmap for studying the profile-effect of single Chinese herbs and formula were summarized along with the experimental methods commonly used. RESULTS AND CONCLUTION The study of the profile-effect following the fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine is an in-depth scientific research direction. It combines the chemical compositions in fingerprint with its efficacy results. The purpose of the profile-effect study is to make the control standards that can truly reflect the inherent quality of products. It plays important role in the establishment of the therapeutic basis of traditional Chinese medicine. |
