| 目的 观察甘草酸二铵对急性重症病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法 将69例住院治疗的急性重症病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组(37例)与对照组(32例)，对照组采用常规治疗加地塞米松，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用甘草酸二铵注射液静脉输注，疗程结束后观察两组患者的临床症状、心电图、心肌损伤标志物等变化。结果 治疗组临床疗效总有效率为89.19%，心电图总有效率为91.89%，心肌损伤标志物改善总有效率为94.59%；对照组临床疗效总有效率为65.63%，心电图总有效率为71.88%，心肌损伤标志物改善总有效率为75%，治疗组疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 甘草酸二铵注射液治疗急性重症病毒性心肌炎可使临床疗效提高。 |

| OBJECTIVE To observe the treatment effect of diammonni glycyrrhizinatis on serious type of acute virus myocarditis. METHODS The 69 patients with serious type of acute virus myocarditis were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group of 37 patients were treated by venous transfusion of diammonni glycyrrhizinatis 150 mg per day for 2 weeks while the control group was treated by venous transfusion of dexamethasone 5 mg per day for 2 weeks. The symptom, electrocardiography, myocardial injury marker were measured before and after treatment. RESULTS The rate of electrocardiography, myocardial injury marker normalization, and clinical treatment effect in the treatment group were 91.89%, 94.59%, and 89.19%, respectively; while in the control group, they were 71.88%, 75% and 65.63%. CONCLUSION The treatment of diammonni glycyrrhizinatis on serious type of acute virus myocarditis can elevate clinical effect. |
