| 目的 为药物治疗精神分裂症提供新的优化治疗方案。方法 介绍近年来具有表观遗传学作用特点的抗精神病药物的研究进展。 结果 有3种药物包括丙戊酸是目前具有表观遗传学作用机制的抗精神病药物。结论 应重视联用具有表观遗传学作用的抗精神病药物治疗难治性精神分裂症。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To provide an original optimal treatment strategy for schizophrenia with medications. METHODS Recent advances in development of antipsychotics featuring epigenetic action mechanism are introduced. RESULTS Three medications including valproic acid are just epigenetic antipsychotics currently available. CONCLUSION Importance should be attached to combination treatment with the epigenetic antipsychotics for refractory schizophrenia. |
