| 摘要: |
| 目的 研制中药制剂宫糜康栓的制备及质量控制方法，观察其临床疗效。方法 将方中各药味粉碎成细粉制成宫糜康栓剂，进行临床疗效观察。结果 治疗组100例，治愈：64例，显效21例，有效11例，无效4例，总有效率为96%；宫糜康散剂对照组100例，治愈：66例，显效20例，有效12例，无效2例，总有效率为98%。结论 宫糜康栓剂制备工艺简单，质量可控，疗效确切。 |

| OBJECTIVE To prepare Gongmikang suppository and observe its clinical effects. METHODS Various ingredients of the prescription were crushed into fine powder and then Gongmikang suppository was made and its clinical effects were observed. RESULTS The number of healing cases, obviously effective cases, efficient cases of curative group was 64, 21, 11 and 4, respectively. Overall efficiency was 96%. Compared with control group, the number was 66, 20, 12 and 2, respectively and overall efficiency was 98%. CONCLUSION The process and quality control of the suppository are simple and it is effective. |
