| 目的 研究人参根和茎叶皂苷对孤独饲养小鼠自发运动及攻击行为的影响。方法 小鼠孤独饲养4周后，分别以人参根及茎叶皂苷溶液灌胃，按高剂量100 mg·kg-1，低剂量25 mg·kg-1给药，并以生理盐水为空白对照，观察两者对小鼠自发运动及攻击行为的影响。结果 人参根皂苷可减少小鼠的自发运动及攻击行为(P<0.01)，人参茎叶皂苷可增加小鼠的自发运动及攻击行为。结论 人参根皂苷具中枢镇静的功效，而人参茎叶皂苷作用相反。 |

| OBJECTIVE To study the effects of ginsenosides from ginseng root or from ginseng stem and leaf on spontaneous movement and aggressive behaviour of isolated mice. METHODS Four weeks of isolated mice were administrated intragastrically with ginsenosides solution from ginseng root or from ginseng stem and leaf respectively at a high dosage of 100 mg·kg-1, and a low dosage of 25 mg·kg-1. 0.9% sodium chloride solution was taken as blank control group. Then the effects of these two kinds of ginsenosides solution were studied on spontaneous movement and aggressive behaviour of isolated mice. RESULTS The spontaneous movement and aggressive behaviour of isolated mice were obviously reduced by administrated with ginsenosides solution from ginseng root, not from stem and leaf. CONCLUSION Ginsenosides solution from ginseng root, not from stem and leaf, has central sedative effect. |
