| 摘要: |
| 目的 建立抗栓胶囊质量标准。方法 用薄层色谱法对当归尾、延胡索、丹参、甘草进行了定性鉴别；用HPLC对毒性药马钱子中主要成分士的宁进行了含量测定。结果 定性鉴别斑点圆整，分离度好，易于鉴别；含量测定平均加样回收率为98.8%，RSD为0.85%。结论 方法简便、准确，专属性强，可用于抗栓胶囊的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the quality control of Kangshuan capslues. METHODS Radix angelicae sinensis, Rhizoma corydalis, Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and Radix glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC. The content of strychnine was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The studies on the quality control showed that the characteristics for identification by TLC were distinct and the spots can be determined. The average recovery of the added sample was 98.8% and RSD was 0.85%. CONCLUSION These methods are simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Kangshuan capslues. |
