| 摘要: |
| 目的 观察波依定与石斛养阴方联用治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效。方法 选择老年高血压患者104例，随机分成治疗组和对照组各52例，在给予波依定治疗的基础上，治疗组加服石斛养阴方，连续观察8周。结果 治疗组显效32例，有效16例，总有效率为92.31%，与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后收缩压、舒张压与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组老年高血压患者头痛、眩晕、心悸、烦躁、腰膝酸软等临床症状有明显改善，与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)；临床症状积分也下降明显，与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。治疗组老年高血压患者副作用发生率仅为7.69%，与对照组(23.08%)比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 波依定与石斛养阴方联用治疗老年高血压病能提高降压疗效，减少不良反应。 |

| Clinical Analysis of 104 Cases of Senile Hypertension with Felodipine and Shihuyangyin Fang |

| OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of felodipine and Shihuyangyin Fang for senile hypertension. METHODS The 104 patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(52 cases were treated with felodipine and Shihuyangyin Fang) and control group (52 cases were only treated with felodipine), and a continual observation lasted for 8 weeks. RESULTS As for the treatment group, 32 cases were significantly effective and 16 cases were effectual with a total cure rate as 92.31%. Compared with the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05). Clinical symptoms, such as headache, dizziness, palpitations, fidgety, aching and softness of loin and knees, were significantly improved in the treatment group after the treatments. Compared with the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.01). Clinical symptom score were also reduced remarkably. Compared with the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.01). The rate of side effects of treatment group was only 7.69%, while that of control group was 23.08%. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.01). CONCLUSION The combination of felodipine and Shihuyangyin Fang can improve the antihypertensive effect and reduce side effects. |
