马来酸桂哌齐特对冠心病合并糖尿病患者心绞痛及心功能不全的干预作用研究

摘要:
目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特注射液对冠心病合并糖尿病患者心绞痛及心功能不全的治疗效果。方法将102例冠心病心功能不全合并糖尿病患者随机分为常规治疗组及常规+马来酸桂哌齐特注射液治疗组,分别接受常规治疗及在常规治疗基础上加用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液,观察两组治疗前、后心绞痛缓解情况(心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间、硝酸甘油用量)及心功能指标(左心室舒张末期内径、收缩末期内径、左室射血分数、E波与A波峰值速度比值、室壁运动评分、6 min步行距离)变化,并对两组结果加以比较。结果治疗前两组心绞痛发生情况及心功能各指标间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组心绞痛发作均较治疗前减少(P<0.01),但常规+马来酸桂哌齐特治疗组较常规治疗组改善更为明显(P<0.05),且左心室舒张末期内径、收缩末期内径、左室射血分数、室壁运动评分、6 min步行距离等心功能指标较治疗前亦明显改善,与常规治疗组治疗后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗基础上加用马来酸桂哌齐特注射液,可明显减少冠心病心功能不全合并糖尿病患者心绞痛发作,改善其心功能。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of cinepazide maleate injection in coronary diabetic patients with ventricular dysfunction.METHODS Patients with coronary heart disease and ventricular dysfunction associated with diabetes were assigned into the routine therapy group and routine plus cinepazide maleate injection therapy group,everyone was assessed clinical evaluate(frequency and duration of angina pectoris)and detected LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF etc.RESULTS Attack of angina was relieved and consumption of nitroglycerin reduced in both groups,but LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF in routine and cinepazide maleate injection therapy group was increased(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Cinepazide maleate injection can improve myocardia1 ischemic and cardiac function in coronary diabetic patients with ventricular dysfunction.
