HPLC测定天花粉中葫芦素B的含量

摘要:
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定天花粉中葫芦素B的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),检测波长为227 nm,柱温:30 ℃。结果葫芦素B的线性范围为0.136~0.816 μg·mL-1,r=0.999 7,加样回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.18%。结论本方法简单、准确、可靠、重复性好,可用于天花粉中葫芦素B的含量测定。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of cucurbitacin B in Radix trichosanthis by HPLC. METHODS The HPCL system consisted of Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm), CH3OH-H2O(70∶30) mixture as a mobile phase, detection wavelength at 227 nm, 1.0 mL·min-1 of flow rate and column temperature at 30℃. RESULTS The linear range of cucurbitacin B was 0.136-0.816 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7), the recovery was 99.8%, RSD=1.18%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. This method can be used for the determination of cucurbitacin B in Radix trichosanthis.
