穿蛭膏药材挥发油提取工艺研究

摘要:
目的优选穿蛭膏药材中挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法比较水蒸气蒸馏法、浸渍法及超声法3种提取方法的提取效果。采用L9(34)正交试验,以挥发油得率、丹皮酚含量为指标,优选了最佳提取工艺条件。结果选择超声法提取穿蛭膏中的挥发油,确定其最佳提取工艺为超声功率250 W,6倍量石油醚,提取2次,每次20 min。结论与水蒸气蒸馏法、浸渍法相比,超声法具有耗时少、效率高和对提取后物料破坏较小等优点,适合于工业化生产。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study the optimum technique for extraction of volatile oil from herb of Chuanzhi Gao. METHODS To compare three extraction effects among steam distillation, immersion and ultrasound. An orthogonal design was adopted in the study. The contents of extraction ratio, Paeonol were used as indices of appraisal. RESULTS Ultrasound was the best extraction technology. The optimized extraction technology of Chuanzhi Gao was shown to be: six fold volume of Petroleum ether should be added to 1 volume of Chuanzhi Gao for 2 successive extractions with 20 minutes of each. The power of ultrasound was 250 W. CONCLUSIONS Comparing with steam distillation and immersion, ultrasound spends less time, has higher efficiency and less harm to the materiel after extracting. This extraction method is suitable for industrialized production.
