铁皮石斛与大豆异黄酮提取物协同抗氧化作用评价

摘要:
目的评价铁皮石斛水提物与大豆异黄酮提取物协同抗氧化作用。方法按照卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2003年版)》的相关要求和金氏计算公式评价铁皮石斛水提物与大豆异黄酮提取物的协同抗氧化作用。结果铁皮石斛水提物、大豆异黄酮提取物及二者合用对正常小鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响均无显著差异(P>0.05);但可显著提高小鼠肝组织中SOD活力和降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,联合用药对小鼠肝脏SOD活性增效系数Q值为1.44。结论铁皮石斛水提物与大豆异黄酮提取物具有协同抗氧化作用。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To assess Dendrobium candidum water extract and soybean isoflavone's synergistic antioxidative function. METHODS According to method for assessment of antioxidant function which from the book of Technical Standards Testing& Assessment of Health Food (2003) and Jin's formula to assess Dendrobium candidum water extract and soybean isoflavone's synergistic antioxidative function. RESULTS Dendrobium candidum water extract,soybean isoflavone and Dendrobium candidum water extract combined with soybean isoflavone can't enhance the SOD activity in the red cells of the mice respectively(P>0.05),but Dendrobium candidum water extract combined with soybean isoflavone can enhance the SOD activity and lower the MDA concentration in the liver tissue of the mice significantly.Moreover, for enhancing SOD activity in the liver tissue, the Jin's Q value had reached 1.44. CONCLUSION Dendrobium candidum water extract combined with soybean isoflavone has synergistic antioxidative function.
