| 目的 比较不同产地的八角莲中鬼臼毒素和4’-去甲鬼臼毒素含量。方法 采用RP-HPLC，色谱柱C18(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相为甲醇-0.1 mol·L-1K2HPO4(50∶50)，流速1.0 mL·min-1，检测波长207 nm，柱温25 ℃。结果 鬼臼毒素的线性范围20～400 ng，r=0.999 9，回收率100.4%，RSD=1.2%；4’-去甲鬼臼毒素的线性范围2～20 ng，r=0.999 8，回收率101.6%，RSD=2.5%。结论 该方法准确、可靠、简便，不同地域的生药八角莲中鬼臼类成分含量差异明显 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To compare the contents of podophyllotoxin and 4'-demethylpodophyllotoxin in Rhizoma et Radix Dysosmae of different areas. METHODS The assay was performed on phenomenex C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was MeOH-0.1 mol·L-1K2HPO4(50∶50). Flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Wavelength was 207 nm, and the temperature of column was 25 ℃. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 20-400 ng for podophyllotoxin (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 100.4% (RSD=1.2%). And the liner range of demethylpodophyllotoxin was 2-20 ng (r=0.999 8). The recovery was 101.6%(RSD=2.5%). CONCLUSION The method is accurate, reliable and simple, the apparent differences of contents among samples was found. |
