HPCE测定夏枯草中迷迭香酸含量

摘要:
目的建立高效毛细管电泳法测定夏枯草中迷迭香酸的含量。方法采用毛细管区带电泳法。电泳条件为:石英毛细管柱(75 μm×60 cm);运行缓冲液:20 mmol·L-1的硼砂溶液(pH 9.88);分离电压18 kV;进样时间为5 s;温度为25℃,检测波长为 330 nm。结果迷迭香酸在20.4~163.2 μg·mL-1内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4);平均回收率为97.7%,RSD为1.6%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确并且专属性强,可用于测定夏枯草中迷迭香酸的含量。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPCE method for content determination of rosmarinic acid in Spica Prunellae. METHODS The separation was carried out in an uncoated fused silica capillary (75 μm ×50 cm). The running voltage was 18 kV. The buffer was 20 mmol·L-1 boric acid (pH 9.88),and the wavelength was 330 nm. RESULTS The linear range of the calibration curve was 20.4-163.2 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 4), and the average recovery was 97.7%,RSD was 1.6 %. CONCLUSION This method is proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and exclusive, and can be used as a new method for the determination of rosmarinic acid in Spica Prunellae.
