双水相萃取技术及其在药物提取分离中的应用近况

摘要:
目的介绍近年来双水相萃取技术在药物提取分离中的应用情况。方法对近几年国内外文献资料进行总结和归纳,介绍了双水相萃取技术的基本原理与特点,综述了近年来该技术在蛋白质、酶、氨基酸类药物,中药体系及抗生素类药物的提取分离等方面的应用进展。结果双水相萃取技术广泛应用于药物提取分离中,取得了较大进展。结论该技术用于药物提取分离中,有着广阔的应用前景,将推动我国医药工业的发展。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To introduce the Application of Aqueous two phase extraction in drug extraction and separation in the recent years. METHODS Summarize and analyze the literatures and data published in the recent years, review the basic principle of Aqueous two phase extraction technology and features, illustrate the technique application and development in protein, enzyme, amino acids drugs, abstraction and segregation of traditional Chinese medicine system and antibiotic. RESULTS The extensive application and development of ATPE have been conducted in recent years. CONCLUSION Application of ATPE to the drug extraction and separation has a bright future,and will impulse the development of pharmaceutical industry.
