摘要: |
目的观察银杏叶制剂对冠心病患者血糖、胰岛素及血脂的影响。方法将78例冠心病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服银杏叶片,治疗4个月,治疗前后分别测量血糖、胰岛素及血脂。结果治疗组治疗前后血糖、胰岛素及血脂有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶制剂可改善血糖、血脂,改善胰岛素抵抗,适合冠心病患者长期服用。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To observation the effect of the preparation of Ginkgo-biloba leaves in the coronary heart disease patients with blood glucose, serum insulin and lipids. METHODS The prospective, randomized controlled study was conducted in 78 selected patients with the coronary heart disease. They were randomly assigned to the treated group and control group. The course of treatment was 4 month. The blood glucose, serum insulin and lipids were observed. RESULTS After treatment, there was significant difference in the coronary heart disease patients with blood glucose, serum insulin and lipids (P<0.05). CONCLUSION The preparation of Ginkgo-biloba can significantly improve blood glucose, lipids and insulin resistance, the coronary heart disease patients can long-term use it. |
