摘要: |
目的 建立超声波提取鬼灯檠中岩白菜素的最佳工艺。方法 以岩白菜素提取量为指标,在单因素实验的基础上,采用正交实验对岩白菜素的超声提取工艺进行优选。考察提取温度、料液比、提取功率、提取时间及提取次数对岩白菜素提取量的影响。结果 提取次数、提取时间和料液比对岩白菜素提取率的影响起主要作用,超声提取的最佳工艺为:料液比1∶14,超声波功率为60 W,提取温度为70 ℃,超声波提取时间60 min,提取4次。结论 通过验证实验, 表明所选的工艺条件可行,在该工艺条件下岩白菜素的提取率为12.588 5 mg·g-1。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To establish the optimum preparative procedure for ultrasonic extracting bergenin from Rodgersia aesculifolia Batal. METHODS The optimum conditions of extraction process for bergenin from Rodgersia aesculifolia Batal were selected with the extractive yield of bergenin as marks by orthogonal experimental design, investigating the ratio of extracting temperature, solid to liquid, extracting power, extracting time and extracting times. RESULTS The result showed that the most important factors were extracting times, extracting time and solid to liquid. The optimum preparative procedure was as follows: Rodgersia aesculifolia Batal was extracted with ultrasonic technology at solid-liquid ration of 1∶14(g·mL-1), 60 W, 70 ℃ and 60 min for four times. CONCLUSION The process is feasible and useful for extracting bergenin from Rodgersia aesculifolia Batal, with average extracting rate of bergenin as 12.588 5 mg·g-1. |
