目的 探讨无花果多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生IL-1α、脾细胞体外增殖、脾细胞产生和分泌白细胞介素2(IL-2)和血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R) 水平的影响。方法 以环磷酰胺致免疫低下小鼠为研究对象,分为大、小剂量(剂量分别为400,200 mg·kg-1)的无花果多糖水溶液组,香菇多糖组(100 mg·kg-1)及同体积生理盐水组,另设空白对照组,每组6只。造模同时给药,连续7 d,测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞IL-1α、脾细胞体外增殖、脾细胞IL-2及血清SIL-2R水平。结果 无花果多糖可促进免疫抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞产生和分泌IL-1α,脾细胞产生和分泌IL-2,促进ConA和LPS刺激的脾细胞增殖,降低血清SIL-2R水平。结论 无花果多糖有较好的免疫增强作用。 |

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Ficus Carica polysaccharide on the levels of interleukin-1a produced by peritoneal macrophages, lymphocyte proliferation, interleukin-2 and its receptor in immunosuppressive mice. METHODS Immunodeficiency mice induced by injecting cyclophosphamide were divided into high and low dosage groups of Ficus Carica polysaccharide solution (with the dosage of 400, 100 mg·kg-1 respectively), xianggu duotang pill group (100 mg·kg-1), iso-volume physiological saline group and blank control group, with 6 mice in each group. Administration was carried out with the same time of model estahlisbment for successive 7 days. The interleukin-1a produced by peritoneal macrophages, lymphocyte proliferation, formation and activity of IL-2 in spleen cells and the level of SIL-2R in mice were measured. RESULTS Ficus Carica polysaccharide can promote the secretion of IL-1α in peritoneal macrophages and IL-2 in spleen cell, and reduce the level of serum SIL-2R in the immunosuppressive mice. CONCLUSION Ficus Carica polysaccharide exhibits better effect on im-proving immunocopetence. |
