| 摘要: |
| 目的通过研究本院对围手术期抗菌药物实行干预前后的使用情况，探索抗菌药物合理使用方案实施的可行性，提高医院抗菌药物合理使用水平。方法将干预前后反映抗菌药物使用情况的各项指标进行对比研究。结果实施干预后，手术患者的平均住院日、平均住院费均降低，平均抗菌药费、抗菌药物平均使用品种数、平均使用时间显著降低，手术部位的感染率没有明显变化。结论采取综合措施干预后提高了抗菌药物用药的合理性，对促进抗菌药物安全、有效、经济的使用起到了积极的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE By Studying the interventional effect on antibiotics in our hospital, we try to evaluate the feasibility of rational application of antibiotics and promote its' rational use. METHODS To compare the indicators of the intervened group with the preintervened one. RESULTS After intervened, the average stay period and expense of hospitalization both got lower, expense of antibiotics, antibiotics kinds and the average used period of antibiotics decreased notably, and the ratio of infection had no significant difference. CONCLUSION Compositive intervention has improved the rational use of antibiotics. Moreover, it promotes to use of antibiotics safely, effectively and economicly. |
