| 摘要: |
| 目的建立骨健口服液中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：ZORBAX XDB-C18柱（150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm），流动相：0.1%磷酸溶液（用三乙胺调节pH值至6.0）-甲醇（45∶55），检测波长：280 nm，流速：0.8 mL·min-1，柱温：45 ℃。结果延胡索乙素在0.054～2.160 μg内线性关系良好，相关系数r＝0.999 9，平均回收率为98.9%，RSD = 0.5%(n=9 )。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于骨健口服液的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To determine the quantity of tetrahydropalmatine in Gujian oral liquid. METHODS RP-HPLC was used. Chromatographic conditions:ZORBAX XDB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of 0.1% H3PO4（pH adjusted to 6.0 by triethylamine）-methnol ( 45∶55 ), the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1, the detective wavelength was set at 280nm and column temperature was 45 ℃. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.054～2.160 μg for the tetrahydropalmatine (r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 98.9% and the RSD was 0.5% (n=9). CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with good repeatability, which may be used for the quality control of Gujian oral liquid. |
