| 目的建立一种反相高效液相色谱法，同时测定病窦灵口服液中的2种有效成分。方法采用Alltech C18柱,乙腈（A）-0.2％冰醋酸(B)溶液梯度洗脱，流速1.0 mL·min-1，检测波长270 nm，柱温 30 ℃。结果采用HPLC检测制剂中丹酚酸 B和淫羊藿苷的含量,其线性关系良好,线性范围分别为：25.81～413.0 μg·mL-1,2.97～59.36 μg·mL-1，丹酚酸B回收率为99.77%, RSD为0.5%;淫羊藿苷回收率为100.1%,RSD为2.3%。结论本测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于制剂的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: |
| To establish a method for simultaneously determining effective components in Bindouling oral liquid by RP-HPLC. METHODS HPLC analysis was performed on Alltech C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mixture of acetonitrile (A) and 0.2% acetic acid-water(B) as mobile phase in gradient mode.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with the wavelength at 270 nm.RESULTS The two effective components could be detected by this method, and their contents could be determined. A good linearity of salvianolic acid B,icariin was in the range of 25.81-413.0 μg·mL-1,2.97-59.36 μg·mL-1，respectively.The average recoveries were 99.77% and 100.1% with RSD of 0.5% and 2.3%,respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, feasible and reliable.It can be used for the quality control of Bindouling oral liquid. |
