辣蓼挥发性活性成分的GC/MS研究

摘要:
目的辣蓼是中国的一种传统中草药,在植物资源农药、医药、兽药、食品添加剂等方面有着良好的开发前景,本研究目的是从分子水平了解其化学活性成分组成,以便更合理开发利用辣蓼资源。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了辣蓼挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对辣蓼挥发性物质的化学成分进行了分离和鉴定,并用峰面积归一化法测定了各成分的质量分数。结果分离并鉴定出50个组分,占峰面积的97.84%。结论其主要挥发活性成分为: N-(2-乙胺)次乙亚胺、3,4,5,6-四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、3-己烯-1-醇、氢氯酸、2-甲基-2-叔丁基-1,3-二噻烷-C9H18S-2、1-甲基-7-氧代辛基-2-醛基-4,6-二甲氧基苯甲酸、噻吩并(3,2-e)苯呋喃、磷酸-二11烷甲酯、9-乙基-菲、甲氢化二硫、1-溴-2,3,3-三氟环丙烯、2-\[4-二甲氨基苯\]3-羟基-4H-色烯-4-酮。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE The Polygonum flaccidum Messin is a kind of tradition inside herb medicine of China,having good foreground of development in plant source agrochemical, medicine, food additive et al. The purpose of this study from the molecular level understanding of its chemical composition of active ingredients for a more rational development and utilization of these resources.METHODS The volatile compounds of Polygonum flaccidum Messin were isolated with steam distillation,and identified by capillary GC/MS and the relative contents of the constituents were determined by area nomalization method. RESULTS Fifty volatile components were identified and determined,accounting for 97.84% of the total area of the peaks.CONCLUSION The main volatile compounds are: N-(2-Aminoethyl)aziridine,3,4,5,6-Tetrahydrophthalic anhydride,3-Hexene-1-ol,Hydrogen chloride,2-Methy-2-tert-butyl-1,3-dithiane,1-Methyl-7-oxoheptyl 2-formyl-4,6-dimethoxybenzoate,Thieno[3,2-e]benzofuran,Phosphoric acid, diundecyl methyl ester,Phenanthrene, 9-ethyl,Methyl hydrogen disulfide,Cyclopropene,1-bromotrifluoro,2-[4-(Dimethylamino)phenyl]-3-hydroxy-4H-chromen-4-one
