| 摘要: |
| 目的研究非诺洛芬钙片溶出度的方法学,为药品质量控制制定新的标准。方法采用桨法对非诺洛芬钙片溶出度测定试验,以0.5%SDS1000 mL为溶剂,转速100 r·min-1。结果经过45 min时,三批样品的溶出度均超过标示量的80%,符合规定。结论本方法可用于控制产品质量。 |
