| 目的探讨氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应,促进临床安全合理用药。方法查阅近几年国内相关文献报道进行归纳。结果随着氟喹诺酮类药物临床应用的不断广泛,其严重或罕见不良反应的报道也日趋增多。结论应高度重视氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应。 |
