| 摘要: |
| 目的研制盐酸达克罗宁胶浆并制定质量控制方法。方法将盐酸达克罗宁制成胶浆并采用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果盐酸达克罗宁在2～12mg·L-1范围内呈现良好线性关系,r=0.9999。结论该剂型润滑性好,维持时间久,用紫外分光光度法进行质量控制简单、方便。 |
