目的离子型X线造影剂碘羟拉酸的合成。方法以5-硝基异酞酸为原料,经酯化、酰胺化、还原、碘化和乙酰化反应等步骤制得碘羟拉酸。结果合成产物经元素分析、核磁共振谱和质谱确证了化学结构。结论该工艺路线方法简便,原料易得,适合工业化生产。 |
