| 目的 研究注射用阿奇霉素在5%葡萄糖注射液和0 .9%氯化钠注射液中的稳定性。方法 用高效液相法测定注射用阿奇霉素的含量。结果 注射用阿奇霉素在5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液中12h内稳定。结论 注射用阿奇霉素可与5 %葡萄糖注射液和0 .9%氯化钠注射液配伍应用。 |
