| 目的:研究冷浸提取法中冬凌草的最佳提取条件.方法:采用正交试验法,以溶剂用量、提取时间和提取次数3个因素,每个因素选取3个水平进行实验.结果:因素A和因素B对冬凌草甲素的含量均有显著的影响,因素C则有一定的影响.结论:最佳工艺A3B3C2,即用10倍量95%EtOH提取2次,每次6d. |
