调优操作法与正交设计法在流化制粒工艺研究中应用

摘要:

应用流化制粒技术制备浸膏颗粒时,由于原料以低粉液比例存在,以及代替粘合剂的浸膏相对密度波动较大,工艺参数很难定值。本文采用多种优化方法结合进行摸索,能较快确定合理参致。

Applying the technology of the fluid-bed spray granulator preparation of the extract granulator it is difficult to determine the value of technical parameters, because of the low rate between powder's material and that of liquid and the large fluctuation
