本实验通过对长果冬青、决明、望江南、枫杨等中粒种子采用整粒样品进行水分测定,以探讨整粒种子测定含水量的可行性。试验表明,长果冬青、决明、望江南、枫杨等种子含水量的测定,可用整粒样品在105℃土2℃下烘干16~24小时。 |
