| 作者使用甲醇一水作为流动相,在ODS 反相柱上分离测定了辽吉侧金盏花中强心甙。实验结果表明辽吉侧金盏花中含有生物学活性极强的K-毒毛旋花子甙和K-毒毛旋花子次甙-β及索马林,其含量分别为0.13±0.01%,0.071±0.005%,0.024±0.003%。 |
