| 目的 比较不同生长年限滇重楼的高效液相色谱指纹图谱，探索滇重楼的最适宜采收年限。 方法 采集不同生长年限的滇重楼样品，用高效液相色谱法绘制指纹图谱，对不同生长年限滇重楼进行相似度计算和色谱数据分析。 结果 不同生长年限的滇重楼质量具有明显差别，其中6年生滇重楼总物质含量较高，各化合物含量变化有所差别。结论 所得数据可为滇重楼的采收提供参考。 |

| OBJECTIVE To compare the fingerprints of Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis of different growing years and explore its optimal harvesting year. METHODS Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis samples harvested in different years were collected. The fingerprints of the samples were generated by HPLC. The similarity between samples with different growing year, as well as the chromatographic data, were computed and analyzed. RESULTS The fingerprints of Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis were influenced by the different of growing years. And Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis grawing in the sixth year was verified to contain higher content to biological substance. CONCLUSION The data will be very important guide the harvest of Paris polyphylla Smith var. yunnanensis. |
